It's a new real estate market from when I started in 2002 and I understand that the buyers and sellers are more educated than ever before. To keep up with current trends I am now Smart Home Certified and understand the value of innovation. I respect my clients and encourage them to be passionate. Having developed and implemented market strategies for a variety of investors and builders to promote subdivisions, including tactics to properly target buyers in a variety of cultural communities separates me from the competition. Being well connected in my community is a priority. I am an active member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Being born in Venezuela and reared in the diversity of my origins, Italian on my father side, Lebanese on my mother’s, has definitely played an important role in my professional life and helped me understand the different needs for various cultures. I served for 6 years as a board member for Project Safe, a 501c3 non-profit organization working to end domestic violence and am still active and serving on several committees.
